GloGlobal Capture provides legal intake and lead intelligence services to law firms in Florida and Maryland. We act as a service provider (data processor) on behalf of the law firms who engage us. The law firm, not GloGlobal, is the party with whom callers have a prospective attorney-client relationship.
On behalf of client law firms: caller name and contact information, call recordings and transcripts, incident descriptions, documents a caller uploads through the secure portal (which may include police reports, photographs, insurance information, and medical records), consultation scheduling details, and intake form data.
From website visitors: information you submit when booking a call (via Calendly) or contacting us, and standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
Solely to deliver the service: answering and qualifying calls using criteria the law firm defines, booking consultations, collecting documents, preparing intake records, and providing dashboards and reports to the engaging firm. We collect only the data strictly necessary to deliver the service. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the subprocessors listed below. We do not use client or caller data to train AI models.
Calls may be answered by an automated assistant, which identifies itself as such in accordance with applicable FCC rules. Calls are recorded and transcribed for the engaging law firm. Every intake produced by the system is reviewed by a person at the law firm before any engagement document is sent.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Each firm's data is logically isolated: one firm cannot access another firm's records. Document upload links are unique, single-use, and expire within 72 hours. Access is logged with timestamp and handler. We use vetted infrastructure subprocessors for hosting, telephony, and voice processing under written data processing terms; a current list is available on request. Business associate agreements (BAAs) are available for firms handling protected health information.
Intake records, recordings, and audit logs are retained for the period required by our agreement with the engaging law firm and applicable law (including TCPA record-keeping obligations), and are then deleted. If a firm ends its engagement, its data is exported to the firm and deleted from our systems per the data processing agreement.
Depending on your state of residence (including under the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act and Florida Digital Bill of Rights, where applicable), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. If you called a law firm we serve, your request will be routed to that firm, which controls your data. To exercise rights or ask questions, contact grivera@gloglobalservices.com.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date.
